Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship within the United States. Rates are calculated based on order weight at checkout:
Economy Shipping (5–7 business days):
- Up to 0.5 lb — $4.50
- 0.51–0.75 lb — $5.50
- 0.76–1.0 lb — $6.50
- 1.01–2.0 lb — $8.00
- 2.01–3.0 lb — $10.00
- 3.01–5.0 lb — $15.00
Express Shipping (2–3 business days):
- Up to 1.0 lb — $10.00
- 1.01–2.0 lb — $12.00
- 2.01–3.0 lb — $13.00
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@trynouri.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect orders once they've shipped.
